Jess Craig is a Partner at Bain & Company, where she is a leader in Bain's Enterprise Technology and Retail practices. Throughout her tenure, she has advised leading global retailers on their customer strategies, technology and data strategies, and digital transformations. She also has experience working with Bain's Innovation and Design team to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions through rapid prototyping and human-centered design. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
