Denise Truelove, a veteran consumer-packaged-goods marketer and brand ambassador, was promoted to Sr. Vice President & General Marketing Manager over Potato Chips for PepsiCo Foods North America in October of 2024.

She joined PepsiCo in 2023, bringing with her a strong record of building brands, driving demand and increasing ROI in her 16 years with Mars Petcare. She's known for her big- picture vision, strategic business acumen, and team leadership-as well as her two Cannes Lions Grand Prix Awards, a historic first for the Mars organization.

She most recently served as Global Vice President of Brands for the consumer pet foods division of Mars. In that role, she delivered unprecedented double-digit growth rates across the portfolio. At the same time, her leadership of the Sheba brand's purpose platform created the world's largest coral restoration program {the Sheba HOPE Reef} and pushed the boundaries of marketing and creative with a first-of-its-kind YouTube channel aimed at making a measurable difference for the planet. Denise's signature blend of creativity and pragmatism and her appetite for a good challenge have consistently propelled her career.

In addition to developing outstanding growth models and award-winning creative campaigns, Denise also loves to develop people. A tireless champion of engagement, Denise won two prestigious Mars Make the Difference Awards, another first-time feat in company history.

Denise holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and bachelor's degree in business from the University of Oklahoma. She derives great joy in travel-she's a seasoned worldwide rover and was based in London for two years-and in singing. She has, in fact, moonlighted as a singer in a band in Nashville, TN. Denise holds yet one more stellar title, that of "Proud Partner and Mother" to her husband Chad and two dancing and horseback riding daughters.
